Lead Pastor

On July of 2010, Pastor Jeremy and Stephanie Faughn were elected to become only the 3rd Lead Pastor in the 33 year history of Northlake A/G.  They have been in ministry since 1997 and have served as youth pastors, associate pastors, assimilation ministry, and small groups ministry, and Northlake is glad to have them here.  Prior to moving to Charlotte, the Faughn family lived in Metropolis, IL & Venice, FL.

God has blessed Northlake with an incredible season of growth under their leadership.  The church has nearly doubled in size and new ministries and leaders have been launched.  Stephanie is very involved in the life of the church.  She currently sings in the choir, teaches Sunday School, and leads our Women’s Ministry.

Pastor Jeremy & Stephanie have been married since 1994 and they have four amazing kids.  Jordan is fourteen and is a die hard Air Force fanatic, Nathan is twelve and loves any sport you throw at him, Erin and Lacy, are nine year old twins and it’s rumored they hold the world record for giggling at least once every seven seconds they are awake.
